Meet the Professional Development Instructors

Dan Rogers (MJL, MBA, MA, MBI/NLP, c.Ht., IACC, ICEO) – Daniel Rodgers was born and raised on the farmlands of Gettysburg and is a Vietnam-era veteran. He is considered one of the top experts in executive and entrepreneur coaching and corporate education. He is often called the "executives’ and entrepreneurs’ most trusted advisor."   In the universe of business leadership, management, sales and business development, he is known as the "miracle worker" who takes the ordinary and makes it extraordinary. 

Dan has held a number of senior management positions in several industries, where his senior acumen and professional training skills were essential.   As a technical expert and an executive leader, Dan's vision and expertise were key to establishing national professional services and training locations for Microsoft, Novell and Oracle.  During his career, he has personally authored and taught courseware on leadership, sales, management, customer service, team building, hypnosis, consulting and project management. 

Dan holds dual graduate degrees in Music Industry Management and Business and is working on his PsyD in Counseling. He is also a certified hypnotherapist, master coach and NLP Master Black Belt Trainer.  He has won numerous awards that include most recently Delaware’s Entrepreneur Advocate of the Year and national sales awards in training.


 

Michael Sigman (MJL, IACC) – Michael Sigman is a communication skills and media trainer, consultant, and keynote speaker, specializing in executive and leadership level presence. Michael brings 16 years of experience in broadcasting and news reporting to his communications workshops, coaching and messaging sessions. Michael works extensively with executives in various industries including consumer products, automotive and telecommunications.

Over the years Michael has developed a specialty in simplifying language and enhancing speaker connectivity. He travels around the country preparing physicians, other professionals and management teams for peer-to-peer meetings, speeches and reporter interviews.


 

Jodi Hutchinson – In 1983, Jodi graduated from Touro College in New York, earned her B.S. degree in Physician Assistant with honors, and received the Outstanding Clinical Achievement Award.

Jodi joined Lankenau Hospital in Philadelphia as a physician assistant in cardiothoracic surgery, and in 1986, she relocated to become chief physician assistant of adult and pediatric cardiac surgery at Christiana Care Hospital in Delaware. Her clinical responsibilities broadened to include staff management and mentoring of PA students.

During her career in 1991, Jodi accompanied the heart team to China, where they shared knowledge with the Chinese medical staff and performed heart surgeries. This exposure to the Eastern way served as the catalyst for Jodi to begin studying Eastern philosophy, ancient healing arts and meditation.  Currently, Jodi is a wellness and holistic beauty expert dedicated to empowering others and educating individuals on how to make healthier lifestyle choices.


 

James Collins – James Collins has over 20 years' combined experience in the corporate and government sectors.  He specializes in innovation, project management and coaching. 

James Collins received his B.A. in Psychology from Wesley College.  After several years of experience in project management, he went on to earn his Master of Innovation and Information Technology from Champlain College.   He’s worked for the State of Delaware, the United States Army and MAXIMUS Inc.

An expert on coaching, he provides insights to individuals and groups alike about the core concepts of success: mission, vision and goals.  His seminars on the importance of time management, customer service and leadership have helped numerous organizations and families.
