Our Leadership course is designed to help managers become more effective in a number of ways, from problem solving to team building.   In this program, participants will get constructive feedback and coaching on leadership style, become acquainted with the frameworks for strategic leadership, and have the opportunity to put theory into practice through case studies.

What can I expect to learn in the leadership program?

The Leadership program does far more than help good managers streamline workflow.  It teaches them to understand not only the importance of emotions in the workplace, but how the subtleties of their behavior as a leader impacts the motivation and attitude of their employees and coworkers. Participants will learn to recognize and better control their own behavior under stress, develop greater flexibility to lead successfully across different situations, become a better manager of people and develop a more effective approach in dealing with change and conflict.
