Learn this Japanese form of healing with a gentle, hands-on support to clear, balance and strengthen the vital energy for yourself and others. Reiki compliments all other therapeutic modalities and helps promote wellness, accelerate healing and reduce stress and anxiety. Participants will receive a Reiki I energy attunement, Reiki I manual and a Reiki I certificate. Please bring a bag lunch.
